How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Express delivery is available in Karachi and major cities — usually 1–2 working days.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer COD across Pakistan. You can also pay via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
What is your exchange/return policy?
We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate an exchange.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can use that number on our courier partner's website to track your parcel.
