How do I place an order on YOC Store?
Placing an order is simple! Browse our collections, select your desired item, choose your size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart". Once you're ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details, choose your preferred payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp shortly after. Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or dispatched. To request a change, contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email us at support@yocstore.com. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but you may be eligible for an exchange. Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. Use this number on our courier partner's website to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 working days of your order, please contact us and we'll look into it right away. Orders
Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, we do! For bulk purchases or wholesale inquiries, please contact us directly with the details of what you're looking for — including product names, quantities, and your location. Our team will get back to you with pricing and availability within 24–48 hours. Orders
Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS and/or WhatsApp containing your order number, items ordered, total amount, and estimated delivery date. Please save this for reference in case you need to follow up. Orders
What if an item I ordered is out of stock?
In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately via WhatsApp or call. You will be offered the option to choose an alternative, wait for restock (if available), or receive a full refund. We never charge you for an item we cannot deliver. Orders

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. For Karachi and major cities, express delivery is available and usually arrives within 1–2 working days. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during sale seasons or public holidays. Shipping
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000 across Pakistan. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee applies which will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Express delivery charges are separate and vary by location. Shipping
Which cities and areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan — including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, and hundreds of smaller towns. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order. Shipping
What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking number on the courier's website. If there is no update for more than 3 days, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your order number. We will liaise with the courier on your behalf and ensure your issue is resolved — including a reship or refund if necessary. Shipping

Absolutely. Every YOC Store order is carefully folded and packed in branded packaging designed to protect your garments during transit. We use high-quality packaging materials to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging also makes our products a great gift — ready to give without any extra wrapping needed. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to make shopping convenient for everyone:

· Cash on Delivery (COD) — available nationwide
· JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
· EasyPaisa — mobile wallet transfer
· Bank Transfer — direct to our account

All payment details are provided at checkout. We do not currently accept credit/debit card payments online. Payments
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available everywhere in Pakistan?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across all of Pakistan. Simply select COD at checkout, and you pay the delivery person when your parcel arrives at your door. No advance payment required — your trust is important to us. Payments
How do I pay via JazzCash or EasyPaisa?
After placing your order and selecting JazzCash or EasyPaisa as your payment method, you will receive our account number via WhatsApp. Transfer the exact order amount and send a screenshot of the transaction to confirm. Your order will be processed and dispatched once payment is verified — typically within a few hours. Payments
Are there any hidden charges or extra fees?
No hidden charges, ever. The price you see on the product page is what you pay — plus any applicable shipping fee (shown at checkout). If your order qualifies for free shipping (above PKR 5,000), no shipping fee is charged. We believe in complete transparency. Payments
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days of us receiving and verifying your returned item. For COD orders, refunds are issued via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer — whichever is most convenient for you. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end. Payments

Returns & Exchanges

What is your exchange and return policy?
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We currently offer exchanges (not refunds) unless the item received was defective or incorrect. To begin an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item. Returns
What items are not eligible for exchange?
The following items cannot be exchanged:

· Sale or discounted items
· Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
· Custom stitched orders
· Items without original tags
· Accessories and jewellery

How do I initiate an exchange?
To initiate an exchange:

1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number and clear photos of the item.
3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.
4. Ship the item back (you cover the return shipping cost).
5. Once received and inspected, your exchange item will be dispatched within 2–3 working days. Returns
What if I received a wrong or defective item?
We sincerely apologize if this happens! Please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. In cases of wrong items or manufacturing defects, we will arrange a free pickup and replacement at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority. Returns
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard exchanges (size or style changes), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the item you received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a pickup at your convenience. Returns

How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements in inches and centimetres. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing them to our size chart. If you're between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. You can also contact us for personalized sizing advice. Products

Do the colours look exactly as shown in the photos?
We do our best to display colours as accurately as possible. However, please note that slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions during photography. If a specific shade is important to you, feel free to ask us for additional photos via WhatsApp before placing your order. Products
Are your unstitched suits ready to stitch?
Yes, all our unstitched suits come with the fabric required for the full outfit — typically including fabric for shirt, dupatta, and trousers/shalwar. The exact fabric pieces and metres are mentioned in the product description. You can take the suit to any local tailor for stitching as per your preferred style and measurements. Products
How do I care for and wash my garments?
To keep your YOC Store pieces looking their best:

· Lawn & Cotton: Machine wash cold on gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry.
· Embroidered / Printed: Hand wash or dry clean recommended.
· Chiffon & Georgette: Dry clean only.
· Khaddar: Hand wash in cold water, lay flat to dry.
