1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using yocstore.com (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), and that you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy in full. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site.
2 Products & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
- Product images are for illustration purposes. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
3 Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation via call or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:
- Product unavailability or stock issues
- Errors in pricing or product description
- Suspected fraudulent activity
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. YOC Store is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
4 Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when your order arrives
- JazzCash — send payment to our registered number and share receipt
- EasyPaisa — same process as JazzCash
- Bank Transfer (Meezan Bank) — transfer and share screenshot via WhatsApp
For online payment methods, your order will be confirmed only after payment verification. Failure to send a receipt may result in order cancellation.
5 Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan via TCS, Leopards, and other courier partners.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Remote areas may take longer.
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000. A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to orders below this threshold.
- Delivery delays due to courier or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
6 Exchange & Returns
- We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for sizing or defect issues.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Sale items and customised orders are not eligible for exchange.
- To initiate an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp within the 7-day window.

7 Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, text, product descriptions, and design — is the property of YOC Store and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
8 Limitation of Liability
YOC Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
