At YOC Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that doesn't fit or has a manufacturing defect, we're happy to exchange it — no questions asked — within our 7-day window from the delivery date.

1 Our Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size received
  • Manufacturing defect or stitching issue
  • Wrong item delivered by our team

We currently do not offer cash refunds. All eligible requests are resolved through exchange for a replacement item of equal value, or store credit at our discretion.

3 How to Request an Exchange

Contact Us Within 7 Days

Message us on WhatsApp (+923112846210) or email support@yocstore.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

Share Photos of the Item

Send clear photos or a short video showing the issue — wrong size label, defect, or incorrect item — so our team can verify the request quickly.

Receive Confirmation

Our team will confirm your exchange within 24 hours and share the return shipping address and instructions.

Pack & Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with tags attached and ship it to the address we provide. Keep the courier tracking number.

Replacement Dispatched

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.

4 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost. Please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order for the fastest resolution. Include your order number and photos when you contact us.

5 Courier Charges

  • Defective / Wrong item: Return courier cost covered by YOC Store
  • Size exchange (correct item received): Customer bears return courier charges
  • Replacement delivery to customer is always free

6 Exchange Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item:

  • Inspection: 1 business day
  • Replacement dispatch: 1–2 business days after inspection
  • Delivery of replacement: 3–5 working days

Total turnaround: approximately 5–8 business days from the day we receive your returned item.

7 Important Notes

  • Exchange requests must be submitted via WhatsApp or email — we do not accept walk-ins.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the exact item is unavailable, we'll offer a suitable alternative or store credit.
  • YOC Store is not responsible for items lost in return transit. Please use a tracked courier service.
